=> Items, techs and change of weapon uses gauge. The maximum amount of gauge would be 200 and it raises bit by bit as you fight
=> Techniques increases according to the amount of gauge replenished and attacks.

Land Battle Formulas
HP Formula (HP=Life/red bar)
Max HP = (Level + Job type and melee land skills level ÷ 2) x 5 + 30
It has been found that fatigue has a very important part into the amount of HP you will start a fight with, so bare in mind that if you have 50% fatigue, you will start with less HP and when you get to 100%, your crew will start dying out.

Attack Power Calculation
Basic stats on the job of the attacker = LvL x Φ + (total offense + Ψ + 4 + Equipment Stats ÷ 25) x 0.8
Φ: Adventure and Trade jobs are 1 as to Maritime, you should put 1.1
Ψ: The rank of the skill weapon to whom you are equipped such as:
   Axe/Sword /Spear/ Staff  (Maritime)
   Throwing Knives (Merchant)

Rifle / Sniper art bow (Adventurer)

Defense Formula
Basic defense occupation stats = Lvl + Total Defense
